I worked with Accenda to develop a clear corporate narrative and strengthen their digital presence. Collaborating with other suppliers, we delivered a new website for Accenda’s Gateway® product. My role included developing the wireframe, writing and SEO-optimising the copy, and supporting project management. I have also written a series of blogs and thought pieces for Accenda’s customers on care navigation, referral management, and planned hospital services, all now hosted on their new Gateway® website.
I supported Drake Education to roll out fully accessible training manuals for their students. I created an accessible document template with a range of design elements, alongside a detailed instruction guide to help the team consistently meet accessibility standards. I continue to support the organisation on an ad hoc basis, reviewing and fixing documents to ensure they remain accessible and compliant.
I supported Pemberton Surgery to improve engagement on their Facebook page and strengthen how they communicate with patients. I created a dedicated content template used to introduce staff to patients and produce monthly social media assets highlighting practice updates and patient feedback.
I supported Dicconson Group Practice with photography and logo design to coincide with the launch of their new practice website. Since then, I have provided ongoing support to improve patient engagement on Facebook, including clinician videos and regular, engaging social media assets. I also support the practice with printed and digital materials for the waiting room, ensuring patients receive clear, consistent information.
